Subscription orders renew automatically on the cycle you select at checkout. You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us, at least 3 days before your next scheduled ship date. Canceling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund orders already shipped, those follow the guarantee window for the kit size shipped.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or security, use bots to access it, or submit false or misleading information when placing an order.
